Do I need a Covid-19 vaccination? 

Please refer to the destination country’s embassy website to stay in the know about Covid-19 vaccination requirements and other health requirements.

What do I need for international travel? 

Please bring a passport that is valid for 6 months past your trip, as this is standard. However, please refer to the destination country’s embassy website to get up to date entry requirements, including visa requirements if applicable.

How much does the retreat cost?

Does the price include Airfare?

Our retreats DO NOT  cover airfare, but no need to worry! Our Founder Ty Murphy, a seasoned Travel Advisor and solo traveler, is here to help with booking your flights and finding the best deals. If you need assistance, just reach out to Ty by booking a free travel consultation at Balia Travel Boutique and she will be happy to lend a helping hand.

How do I secure my spot?

Secure your spot by clicking on any “Book Now” buttons. We highly recommend booking early to secure your spot, as spaces are limited. Once you’ve made your booking and scheduled the get to know you session, a team member will discuss next steps and answer questions during the session. We can’t wait to welcome you to the RBDW family!

How do I book with Affirm?

If you are paying with affirm, select the “Pay with Affirm” button next to the retreat package of your choice. Follow the checkout process. Affirm is subject to credit approval. We do not have authority over your approval. Checking your eligibility will not affect your credit report.

*We will send you a welcome email with next steps once we receive a booking confirmation from Affirm.

I’m Interested in going with a friend, how do we ensure that we can both attend?

At Reset By Design Wellness, we welcome all registrations on a first come, first serve basis. To ensure that you and your friend can room together, we suggest registering at the same time and leaving a note in the comment section of the registration page. Our team is always here to help, so don’t hesitate to send an email to admin@resetbydesignwellness.com letting us know your request. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs and make sure you have a wonderful time at our retreats!

What should I do if I am a solo traveler but do not mind sharing a room or suite with another guest?

If you’re interested in sharing a room or suite during your stay, we’d love to help make that happen for you! Simply place your deposit for the room of your choice, and at checkout, choose the option “to be paired with a roommate”. We’ll introduce you to your roommate about 45-60 days before the retreat, giving you both a chance to get to know each other and make a new friend!

What does the total cost cover?

We’re thrilled that you’ll be joining us at the retreat! To make your experience as stress-free as possible, all you need to do is take care of the total retreat package cost, book your flight, and purchase travel insurance. Your stay with us is all-inclusive and covers your accommodations, as well as all schedulded meals, activities, and transportation during the retreat. Feel free to bring some extra spending money for any souvenirs, meals, extra adventures, and transportation that is not scheduled by RBDW. Your peace of mind is important to us, so don’t forget to obtain your own travel insurance. We can’t wait to make memories with you!

What’s included?

 We’re delighted that you’re interested in attending one of our retreats! To make sure you know exactly what’s included in your stay, be sure to check out the “What’s Included” section on the retreat’s webpage that you’re interested in. If you’d like to go on any excursions outside of the scheduled retreat activities, those costs will be your responsibility. But don’t worry, we’re here to help! If you need assistance with arranging reservations or transportation for these adventures, we’d be happy to offer our support. 

Should I get travel insurance?

We understand that sometimes plans can change, which is why we require all guests to have a “Cancel for Any Reason” Travel insurance policy. To ensure you’re covered for any unexpected cancellations, we ask that you purchase this policy within 14 days of making your trip deposit. This policy will protect you and help cover any non-refundable costs, such as your Retreat fees with Reset By Design Wellness, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your investment is protected. *Check with your insurance carrier for specific coverage.

Do you offer transportation to and from the airport?

We understand that getting to and from the airport can be a stress, so at some of our Retreats we do provide ground transportation. For more information, just take a look at the “What’s Included” section on the Retreat’s webpage.

Do you have discounts available?

Right now, we’re offering discounts to future attendees that have joined a specific retreat’s interest list. If discounts are being offered, the codes will appear in our retreat prelaunch emails and email newsletters. Don’t forget to join the interest list for your desired destination and signup for our newsletter so that you do not miss out on a limited time discount offer. Please note, discount codes do not apply to payments with Affirm. 

When will I receive trip details?

Upon registration, you will receive a welcome message with general trip information. Every Retreat package includes 4 group coaching sessions and 4 Individual coaching sessions. Additional trip details will be discussed during these sessions. You will also receive emails specific to your retreat as the retreat date approaches.  

When will the itinerary be available and what if we don’t want to participate in all events? At what time will the schedule be published?

We’re glad you’re interested in the details of your upcoming retreat! On the retreat’s webpage, you’ll find a preliminary itinerary to give you an idea of what to expect. While we typically don’t publish the final schedule on our website, rest assured that a final itinerary will be sent to all confirmed attendees prior to the retreat. Of course, unexpected changes can sometimes happen, but we’ll do our best to keep the schedule as planned. Participation in all activities is encouraged but not required. Remember, this retreat is an investmet in yourself so we hope that you will be open to the entire retreat experience. If you have any questions or concerns about the schedule, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to help!

What if we have dietary restrictions/ physical limitations

We’re so excited to get to know you and support your growth and wellness during the retreat! Each retreat package includes 4 group coaching sessions and 4 individual coaching sessions. These sessions are a great opportunity for us to get to know all members of our tribe and create a personalized experience just for you. To make sure we’re able to accommodate your needs, please let us know about any dietary restrictions, physical limitations, and bring along any questions or concerns you may have. Additionally, you’ll receive phone calls, questionnaires, and access to our Facebook group, so we can stay connected and make the most of your retreat experience.

Can I arrive early and stay late?

If you choose to book extra days outside of the retreat dates, we’re here to help. Our co-founder Ty Murphy is a Travel Advisor and would be happy to assist with your booking needs. You’ll be responsible for the cost of your accommodations at the hotel/resort for additional days. How much free time will we have?

At Reset By Design Wellness, we understand the importance of taking time for yourself and simply being in the moment. That’s why we’ve designed all of our retreats to include plenty of personal time, in addition to group activities. We believe that a balanced schedule, with a mix of both group and private moments, is essential for a truly rejuvenating experience.
